Carlton Draught Murray Bridge Gold Cup - Book Now Three-Year-Old Maiden Plate 1200m
Plenty of first starters engaged which makes it tricky to map, but we can assume a genuine tempo. IMAGE ARTIST (8) returns for the Caboche team after tackling some strong 2YO races in her debut prep. Turned in some strong showings there and the inside draw should see her get a soft run for Tourneur. Readied with a jumpout and can make a bright start. FAVOURITE CHAIR (2) was doing his best work late on debut at Balaklava last month when well supported. Is sure to have come on from that and will appreciate the added trip. ZEUS LIGHTNING (3) is a Fierce Impact gelding on debut for the Hickmott stable. Has come along nicely in his lead-up work and is expected to make his presence felt. GRECIAN JEWEL (7) also debuts and is another that has shown good signs at the trials. Hails from the smart juvenile stable of R & C Jolly, so any betting moves in her favour should be taken seriously. SUGGESTED PLAY: Image Artist to return a winner. |

Expecting Olivia Marie to be prominent but one or more of the unraced runners should add to the early pressure. OLIVIA MARIE (7) returns for the Oxlade team and looks to have come on a treat during the break. Expecting her to burn across from the wide alley and give them something to catch. SENSATIONAL SECRET (9) wasn't far away when resuming last start, chasing gamely into second. Is sure to have come on from that and is drawn kinder. Bold showing anticipated. FAR MORE RADIANT (5) has run into some handy winners this prep and should find this a bit easier. Gets in light with the 3kg claim and is right in the mix this time. SECRET OWL (8) mixed her form in her debut prep with some sound efforts in the middle. Has jumped out well in readiness, though will need a smart steer from a sticky draw. JUST COMET (6) hit the line well in both runs in her debut prep before spelling. Fitter for a jumpout and is one to keep in mind. SUGGESTED PLAY: Olivia Marie to return a winner. |

Plenty of first starters engaged which makes it tricky to map, but we can assume a keen tempo. SUPER WONDER (10) was well supported on debut off the back of some sharp jumpouts but folded up quickly at Morphetville Parks after leading them up. Has been gelded during the break and has trialled sharply under Harry Grace. Expecting him to hit the ground running this time. SETTLE PETAL (8) only warmed late fresh behind a handy maiden winner then finished much closer her last time. Peaking now and gets the blinkers applied. Can give this a big shake. PRETTY MORSEL (6) has found the maiden win elusive but has a handful of efforts littered through her form that can measure up. Has had a good blow-out in readiness and should be making her presence felt. ZEREALM (4) is a five-year-old Overshare entire on debut for the Murtagh stable. Has come along well in his lead-up work and can play a role. SPARTAN LASS (9) is the first runner to step out for the Indianna Weinert stable in SA. Looks a speedy mare that can take up the running. SUGGESTED PLAY: Super Wonder to return a winner. |

Strong tempo with Blazing Red, Mandarin and Or Am I leading the way. TASSORO (8) continues to knock on the door, turning in another good effort here last time over this trip when closing off nicely into second. Strips rock-hard fit in what looks his best chance yet. A TIME TO KILL (1) came within a long neck of the winner here two back before struggling through the slop at Balaklava last time. Willing to forgive and Callow's booking is a good push for his chances. GOODLOOKIN' GURU (10) has mixed her form since resuming but did have excuses last time. The car park draw makes things tricky but she gets in light with the 2kg claim and with a bit of luck she can give this a big shake. MANDARIN (12) shares a similar profile to those mentioned. Could easily be her day as well but she does need to find that next gear to finally break through. SUGGESTED PLAY: Tassoro can break through this time. |

Duttons Easy To Do Business With! Class One Plate 2000m
Moderate tempo with Cracken Good Time leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. DURHAM (2) was finally able to break through last time and did so in impressive fashion when rattling home from the back. His late splits suggest the rise to 2000m won't bother him and the 3kg sticks to get him in well at the weights again. Can make it two on the bounce. VALUED (7) has found just the one better in his last three and that form around him reads well for this. Is another that gets the benefit of a big claim. So with even luck he's a good chance to land the winning blow. LUDINA (14) has been much better in her last two when ridden more positively from better draws. At her top now and is another that gets in light. Can break through this time. SUIT OF WANDS (6) doesn't win out of turn but has peaks that measure up. Has a sticky draw to overcome but is in the mix. YOUBEEFORTY (8) has been much better of late when sent forward. Expecting similar tactics, so should give a sight. SUGGESTED PLAY: Durham can win again. |

A solid tempo anticipated with One Whim and The Magistrate ahead of He's A Cool Cat and Blinked. NOSTRYIA (3) is yet to salute since resuming but has turned in some strong efforts and the form around him reads very well. Just missed the bob here last time after jumping from a wide draw. Drawn well this time for Holder and can go one better. AZTEC DANCER (5) has a devastating turn of foot on her day and only just missed here when resuming last month. Has been kept fresh with a month between runs and if the pace is genuine she will burst through late. THE MAGISTRATE (6) has been well below his best in his two runs back after trialling strongly in readiness. Willing to give one more chance. COOL THE JETS (1) worked home over the top of them to score at Donald last start. Tougher this time but he has to be taken seriously off that. MAGIC FIELD (2) was only sound when resuming on a heavy deck at Cranbourne. Should've come on from that. SUGGESTED PLAY: Nostryia to win. |

Strong tempo with Darci Lane, She Rex and Koratora going forward ahead of Justadexter and Kalosyni. JUSTICA'S BONUS (2) has built strongly into this campaign, putting it all together here last start when obliterating his rivals. Full of confidence now and only rises a kilo off that with the 4kg claimer taking over. Can win again. KALOSYNI (7) dug deep to fend them off and resume a winner here on July 7. Was taken back from a wide draw last time but was good late. Backs up quickly in his first look at 1400m. Have to include. DREAMS FULFILLED (5) doesn't win out of turn but has been warming nicely late. If the pace is genuine he can launch late and grab them. KORATORA (8) will appreciate dropping back to this level and draws well for Crowther. Her peaks measure up, just needs to find it. SUGGESTED PLAY: Justica's Bonus to win again. |

From the inside draw Caer Ibormeith can boot up and control the tempo in a low-pressure contest. COLLATED (4) hasn't quite been able to meet expectations since resuming but should be hitting his straps third-up and the mile looks perfect for him now. Drawn sticky but Murtagh should have a good feel for him now. STRATUM PRIDE (8) never looked likely last time at headquarters but had been going okay without winning prior to that. If they can hold a spot from the low draw, she's good enough on her day to take this out. BELLE FROM HELL (11) is desperate to break through soon but continues to leave herself with too much to do in the run home. Will likely drift back again so watch for her late. FLYWAY (15) is going better than his form reads and doesn't need to improve much to be right there at the business end. HALLSTATT (9) is a tough one to catch but is up to this on his best form. One for the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Collated & Stratum Pride are both interesting. |
