Right in the mix. PRECIOUS NOIR (2) pushed forward from a wide draw last start and found a position close to the lead before sticking on well to finish second over 1500m at this track. In the right race and is a winning hope.

HAKUSAN SHUTTLE (4) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time over 1500m at this track. Sure to run well.

MY LOVE YUKICHAN (8) was flying with two wins in a row before being sent out favourite last time and finishing third over 1500m at this track. In great form and worth following up. STEEL THUNDER (2) was well supported when resuming last time out over 920m at this track and proved too strong, scoring by a nose. Open to plenty of improvement and another big run will not surprise. WIN TITANIA (10) has put together a couple of wins at this circuit, the latest on April 9 over 1500m when she got home by 1.5 lengths. Has her share of talent and finds a suitable race. AI TAROO (12) travelled on-pace last time out over 1500m at this track and dug deep when pressured but found one better. Has been in super form this time in work, finishing in the money at each of his five starts. Don't underestimate.

NIHONPIRO KAY (8) turned things around last start and landed the prize by 3 lengths after being prominent at the turn over 1500m at this track. Nicely placed to feature in the finish again. NOVA ESPERANCA (9) returns from a break of five-and-a-half months. Was racing in great heart last prep with three consecutive wins before finishing fifth at Kasamatsu prior to going for the spell. Looks set to run well. EPIC CYCLE (11) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only fifth over 1500m at this track. In the mix on best.

FERIA FLORES (3) was prominent from the outset and fought on for third last start over 1400m at Kasamatsu, making it three minor placings in a row. Drawn to enjoy a good run on the speed and deserves plenty of thought. ASHOKA (7) returned from a break with a solid fourth, winding up late at the end of 1500m at this track after settling well back. Nicely placed and expected to go well. KAZUNARI (10) got the prize two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when seventh over 1500m at this track. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. HARUNO UMI (2) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when tenth over 1500m at this track. Can figure prominently.

ROCK MAJESTY (4) had been in top form, scoring three consecutive wins before being sent out favourite last time and finishing fifth over 1500m at this track. Can bounce back. SATONO PATHOS (9) is coming off a last-start seventh over 1700m at this track. Can threaten CARIBBEAN BLUE (1) did little and finished 11th over 1500m at this track last start. Likely improver. OVER DRIVE (2) was unplaced last start over 1400m at this track when fourth. Well placed to feature.

Meets some better types this time but can feature. MEIKUN (4) turned in another moderate effort last start when seventh over 1500m at this track. Worth noting Katsuto Maruno goes aboard. Better than recent efforts suggest. In the mix.

TUNA FORTY (3) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.5 lengths at today's course and distance when resuming from a break last start. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. BASED TRATRA (7) was leading on the turn and fought on to finish fifth over 1700m at this track at his latest appearance. Winning rider Teruhiro Asano sticks. Best form puts him right in this. SUNRISE PROMISE (4) turned in a fine effort to score by 1.5 lengths at today's course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. NOBLE SCHON (8) scored a dominant victory at this track over 1700m at her latest appearance on November 25. Can make her presence felt.

LAMINGTON (9) missed the frame two back in tougher company then tackled an easier race more recently when a 3-length winner over 1500m at this track. Goes on top on best form and can go on with it now. BELLEZA FIN (7) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 1500m at this track. Katsuki Niwa who has scored on her two times retains the mount. Best form puts her right in this. TAISEI FORTE (11) finished out of the money when fourth in a 1700m contest at this track a week-and-a-half ago. Capable of running a bold race. ALL ON FLEEK (5) missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track, finishing eighth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.

RYUNO DRAGON (4) finished out of the money when fourth over 1500m at this track a week-and-a-half ago. Has the class to figure prominently. EVER SINCE (10) finished second last time over 920m at this track when resuming from a spell, beaten a nose. Will trim down second-up. Placed to advantage and can fill another top-three spot.

Is yet to miss the frame from four starts this campaign, including a win. Bold showing expected. SHONAN RAFFINE (7) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing eighth at this track over 920m. Likely improver with strong prospects. LOVELY SENNA (2) improved last start but found a couple better over 1700m at this track. No surprise to see him in the frame.
