Plenty of early pace on show, particularly from Impact Investor, Cats Pajamas and Ibhele. IMPACT INVESTOR (1) was an easy winner when shedding his maiden tag at the second time of asking last time out and was then put out for a spell. Has ability and fresh-up rates well as one of the better chances. CYMRIC (4) showed good speed when winning his maiden at the third time of asking. He is a progressive type and he should be involved in the fight to the finish. IBHELE (3) resumed from a spell last start and stayed on well when second of 10 over 1000m on this course. Likely improver with top-three claims again. MAKAZOLE (5) bounced back to winning form at Kenilworth last start and could find the frame again first-up. Sure to make his presence felt.
