Pace looks strong from Jo Ilmur pushing forward while Kazu Orval kicks up on the inside to hold the fence. JO ILMUR (12) has been in the money at her last couple of runs, the latest when second over 1400m at this track. Has a high cruising speed. Best form puts her right in this. KAZU ORVAL (1) did a great job to score by 1.5 lengths over today's course and distance last start in a far better run. Meeting a deeper field this time but he can get the job done. BIS BALD (6) bounced back last start and scored by a head after being in the firing line on the corner over 1500m at Kawasaki. Must raise the bar but this looks well within his grasp. AVEBURY (7) has returned in good order this preparation. Opened with a third at this track two starts back then landed the prize by 1.5 lengths last time out over 1500m at this track. Nicely placed to go back-to-back.
