Spring Tide is the likely leader at a keen tempo. NICOLINI VITO (8) looks a strong each-way hope. He ran first-up in the Hareeba Stakes at Mornington and was only beaten a nose in a busy finish. He's a consistent type who rates highly here getting in on the minimum weight. SHOWMANSHIP (2) placed in this race in 2022. He's had plenty of issues with just 12 starts as an 8yo but is very talented on his day. Suited on soft ground. Must include. MIDTOWN BOSS (13) is a progressive type who continued his excellent form with a win at Flemington last time out. Can measure up.
