Ka Ying Cheer and Copartner Prance should lock horns early at a strong clip. COPARTNER PRANCE (6) made it back-to-back wins when scoring comfortably in easier grade last time out as a $1.60 favourite. Up in grade today, but he drops 5.5kg and he's a very progressive galloper. Purton chooses to ride him today which is a big push, and he looks set to bring up the hat-trick. BEAUTY INFINITY (3) will put up a good test though. He bumped into a dominant winner last start but his form prior was superb and he's never far away. Should get every chance from the inside alley with Avdulla hopping in the saddle. Likely to go close again. KA YING CHEER (11) just missed first-up in easier company, beaten 0.3L as favourite but he drops plenty of weight today. This is tougher, but he has good early speed and is sure to take plenty of catching with no weight on his back. CELESTIAL COLOURS (1) is usually around the mark and is worth including.
