Expecting Vichyssoise to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. CLEMENTI (4) was in contention on the bend and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Taking on a better field but she is good enough to figure in the finish. WAY COOL (5) found the line nicely to grab third last time out here. Winning rider Ryoya Sawada stays aboard. Bold showing expected. GRUAGACH (3) wasn't far away in his two starts prior to sub-par sixth last time out at this track. Can atone. VICHYSSOISE (7) is returning from a spell of five-and-a-half months. Finished ninth at Ohi over 1200m at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Noboru Sakamoto. In the mix and warrants safe keeping.
