He has won once and finished second once from three starts on this course. The manner in which he finishes off his races suggests that he will like the rise to 1900m. He drops in class and from pole position he can figure in the finish. FINE ADMIRAL (7) stayed on strongly when finishing third of 10 over 1800m on this course last time. He won his penultimate outing over this course and distance. Has winning claims. TOM'S ACT (6) should have won his last start as he was tightened for running room with 350m to run. He is likely to be settled near the rear of the field and with luck in the running he can finish in the money. TIN CUP (9) set the pace over 2000m last time, fought hard but found one too good on the day. Should be further improved and is expected to run well.
