Royal Summer and Brave Emma should lock horns early at a strong gallop. The betting suggests there are only three chances and it is hard to argue. SHYLEAH (7) has not appeared since charging home to grab third on debut over 1000m at Camperdown on 20 January. Won a recent Bendigo trial so she looks set for a big return. SUPERIOR ZARA (8) is first-up since finishing second in a strong form race over 1400m at Sandown five months ago. Open last prep with a minor placing so expect her to be right in thick of things here. Ciaron Maher's debutante GRASSBURN (2) hasn't flattered in the jump-outs but the stable must be respected.
