Expecting Yamanin Passe to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. YAMANIN PASSE (5) has strung together a couple of wins at this circuit, the latest on June 18 over 1200m when she scored by one length. Winning rider Genta Ochiai retains the mount. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is up to the challenge. L'AMOUR DU VENT (6) found one marginally better when first-up from a spell last start over 1400m at Saga after being prominent throughout. The engagement of Tatsuki Endo is noteworthy. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. KATTAPPA (1) returned from a spell two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was fifth over 1000m at Hakodate Dirt. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. KAPPAGI (7) drifted back last start and never got into the race when eighth over 1200m at this track. Will be doing his best work late.
