Expecting a strong gallop with London's Rascal and Big Kay Dog taking up the running over Gokana. SAIGON DANCER (1) missed narrowly two back before ending up well off them on the Scarpside last start. They ran slowly there and her late splits suggested she was still up to the mark despite the defeat. Out in trip now looks to suit and she can bounce back to her best form. COSMO RULER (4) was very impressive last start at Pinjarra when jumping as the $1.30 favourite and got the job done easily. Fiore hops on board with Pike not riding today. While the wide draw is a query, she looks to have enough talent to bring up back-to-back wins. AMERICAN IMAGE (2) bolted in at the 1400m at Pinjarra when a deep odds-on favourite, winning by 2.7L. Carries a light weight today with the claim of Tsang and she can repeat the dose. TAKE A LEAF (9) just missed last start and comes back in trip today. Can feature again. LONDON'S RASCAL (5) can improve getting out in trip and with firmer footing on offer. SUGGESTED PLAY: Saigon Dancer can get back to winning ways.
