Plenty of pace on show, headed by Honorable Member, Vihaan's Queen and Bosnay. FIRST WISH (6) found one too good last time. She has won twice and finished third once from five starts on this course. Her last victory came over this distance. Andrew Fortune rides and if getting away on terms, she should be the one to beat. LOTUS ISLAND (2) is unbeaten from two starts on this course and will be looking to keep that record intact. HONORABLE MEMBER (3) stayed on well when third over 1600m on the turf last time. She finished second in her only attempt on this course. She runs well for Luyolo Mxothwa and the combination merit healthy respect. VIHAAN'S QUEEN (5) ran a fair race over 2000m on the turf last time. She returns from a spell which may have done her the world of good. With a bit of luck from her awkward draw of nine, she can run into the placings.
