GENOVA FLAVOR (1) produced a reasonable effort when second last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 1400m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. MISS RAVE BUMP (6) missed the placings first up recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 1400m at this track. Races well when second-up. Among the winning hopes. MIRACLE RISE (8) is building towards his maiden success, the latest effort a solid second over 1500m at Funabashi, beaten 3 lengths. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. ROBERTA IMPACT (4) was prominent at the turn and finished third last time over 1500m at Funabashi, beaten 3 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Nicely placed to run well again.
