Plenty of pressure primarily from Schweigen, Ange Marron and Long Beach. LONG BEACH (1) didn't do a bad job when second last start over 800m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. MISTRA (9) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 2000m at this track. Has the class to take care of this field. SCHWEIGEN (5) bounced back last start and landed the prize by a nose after being in the firing line on the corner over 1500m at Kawasaki. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. MARUZENSKY TWO (10) has not won for over a year, the latest running second at Kawasaki over 1400m. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Deserves respect on best figures.
