Python should find the front with Mauritius Aroma and Moi Wahine on her heels. ASTRAL FLARE (10) recorded another success last time over 1800m at Funabashi making it two straight wins this campaign. Hard to fault on recent runs. REBAT (7) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1400m at this track after being prominent at the corner. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. MAURITIUS AROMA (4) finished 11th over 1500m at this track at her most recent appearance on November 25. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. KITANO EN CIEL (9) made progress last time out, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner in third over 1500m at this track. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle.
