Tricky one to map with a number of first starters but over this trip there is good speed anticipated. MILK FOAM (9) drops back a few levels today and ready to get off the mark from the better gate. Covered a stack of ground in the run with a fading eighth over 900m at Newcastle. Gets the gun run with regular rider jumping back on and will give this a mighty shake. BEDDA MIA (5) having her sixteenth start today and unlucky not to have already shed her Maiden status. Appreciated the claim when she gripped on for a game second over 1000m at Kembla Grange. That form is good enough to win this. RED LIGHT RACHEL (10) total forgive from the wide gate with a fading sixth over 1300m at Canberra. Can stalk the tempo and figure prominently. DEFIANCE (1) returns a gelding from a lengthy spell and finds a soft option here. Ridden out to score in both trials and expected to take a hand in the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Milk Foam is expected to go close.
