Sky River has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. SKY RIVER (8) progressed nicely last time beaten 1.1 lengths over 1400m at this track after leading them up. She's been racing in tougher company and is well-placed again with the 2kg claim. Has won over a mile and can go one better. TIGER LINE (3) just missed this trip three back and was quickly back on track when beaten 1L stepping up to 1900m in stronger. Coming back 300m shouldn't prove too much of an issue, but the 1.5kg claimer will need some luck from an awkward barrier. BLOOD SAINT (1) broke through three back with a 4L win over this trip. He quickly returned to form last time when missing by 1.5L over this distance. Has been kept on the fresh side and can get into the finish with a good ride. CRAMPIN' MY STYLE (2) kicked off this campaign with a Maiden win as favourite but was plainer this grade following. Finally draws an inside barrier and has the winkers on for the first time. Fitter again and is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sky River to win.
