Plenty of pace from Sharaku, Hakaishin and Promise The Star primarily. SHARAKU (12) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 4 lengths over 1600m at this track. Should be prominent in the run despite the wide draw. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. BRICK BARN (2) got home by 0.8 lengths two starts ago then disappointed last time at this track when 6 lengths from the winner in sixth. Can bounce back. AQUILONE (6) returns after six months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a 13th over 2200m at Chukyo. Among the chances while fresh in this easier assignment. BETTINA (8) failed to threaten when fresh from a spell last start when fifth over 1600m at this track. Better run is expected.
