No surprise if the newcomers played a key role in the tempo of the race with little speed on paper. YOSHINO RUBY (4) did her best work late and finished sixth last start over 1200m here, an improvement on her seventh on debut at this track the run before. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. YAMASHO GOLD (8) finished out of the money when tenth over 1200m at this track three weeks ago. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. AYASAN MUGITA (9) is yet to break through in three runs. Finished eighth at his last appearance over 1400m at this track on January 27. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. GREAT KISEKI (6) was fair on debut last start when ninth over 1200m at this track. Tackles a longer journey this time. In the mix.
