Shonan Nazca, Reine Des Etoiles and Tsurumaru Gekko all have plenty of pace. SHONAN NAZCA (11) is in sparkling form, scoring at his last five starts, the latest win coming over 1400m at this track. Comfortable winner last time and expected to be in the finish again. YAMANIN FARIDA (3) finished sixth two runs back then improved last time out to score by 0.8 lengths after being in contention on the turn over 1200m at Monbetsu. Meets a stronger field but she is up to the task. NEVER EVER (5) ran well last start when he made late ground but found a couple better over 1400m at this track. Suitably placed and anticipating another big run. STARLIGHT TAIL (7) turned in another moderate effort last start when sixth over 850m at this track. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
