WALK RIGHT IN (2) returns after 12 weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a eighth over 1000m at Durbanville. Looks the one to beat. SKIP THE LINE (10) is on debut for the Alan Greeff stable. Two-year-old filly by Real Gone Kid from Still Tappin. Looks set for a bright start. Watch for positive market leads. FOCAL POINT (5) finished third last time out over 1200m at this track, making it three career minor placings. Has a sound record here with two top-three finishes from three starts. Sure to be about the mark. AMERICAN GEM (1) is a maiden with two minor placings to her name. Could not improve on that record when resuming last start, winding up in seventh over 1200m at this track. Should come on from that last outing. Should settle just off the speed despite the draw. Deserves respect on best figures.

GLOBAL ALLY (2) finished fourth last time out over 2000m at this track, beaten 1.1 lengths. Freshened for this sharper trip. Expected to go close in an easier race. Hard to beat. SILVONIAN (4) started favourite when resuming but went under narrowly over 1400m at this track. Will appreciate the extra ground. Expected to be in the finish again. CASPERITA (2) won her maiden four starts back and is nearing another victory with placings at her last two runs, most recently when third over 1400m in stakes class at this track. Nice class drop this time. Among the leading chances this field. FREE WORLD (7) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing third and only 2 lengths from the winner at the end of 1200m. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. RED LHASA (5) accounted for a maiden field over 1400m at this track last start, finishing one length ahead of the nearest rival. Muzi Yeni was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped. BLOWIN IN THE WIND (6) was beaten 3 lengths into seventh over 1300m at this track six-and-a-half weeks ago. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
