KUNINE GRAZING MAIDEN 1400m
Moderate tempo expected with Manhattan Rhythm likely to find the front over Carrigane Boy and Light Of The World. MANHATTAN RHYTHM (1) will find this a little easier than what he's been racing in and wasn't disgraced last start despite jumping a $26 chance. He rates highly on the back of those performances and looks well placed coming back to this level. Can get the job done this time. FREE RIDE (3) resumed with a good performance at Belmont when finishing off nicely over 1200m. Out to this trip for the first time looks to suit and the inside draw should see him get every chance. Blinkers come off now and with improvement on the cards, he can make his presence felt. NEW YORK GROOVE (6) stuck on well over 1200m on debut when finishing off strongly behind Free Ride. May end up back in the run again, but she looks better suited out to this distance. She won't be far away. MISS APPLECROSS (7) looks suited out to 1400m on debut and has to be included for the Pike and Williams combo. CARRIGANE BOY (2) can play a leading role back to this level. SUGGESTED PLAY: Manhattan Rhythm looks the one to beat. |

TABTOUCH WATCH SKY RACING MAIDEN 1100m
Country Edition, Zero To Sixty and Dreamlord can set the pace. DIRTY HABITS (2) was a touch slow into stride on debut but showed enough late in the race behind a smart one to suggest he wouldn't be a maiden for long. He'll be fitter for a recent trial coming into this and Fiore has been with him the whole way through. Can return with a bang. SMILING WAR BANDIT (4) was just fair on debut but looks to have come back an improved commodity this time. His latest trial with Corver on board was solid, with the Blinkers going on there and staying on for his return effort here. Wouldn't surprise to see him return on a positive note. BOOKENDS (5) gets the Blinkers on for the first time today after going under as the race favourite last start. This shapes favourably for her as she comes back in trip today and she looks a leading chance. ZERO TO SIXTY (1) is third-up now and comes back to 1100m. Drawn well and can feature. BRICINI (6) can improve with the fresh run under her belt and won't be far away. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dirty Habits can secure a first-up win. |

COUNTRYWIDE INSURANCE MAIDEN 1100m
Bubbles In Rio is expected to lead at a keen tempo. BADGER BOB (2) is on debut today but has shown promising signs at the trials across two campaigns. Pike was on board for his latest trial where he won and this looks a favourable set-up for him today. Finds a winnable race on debut and can make an impact straight away. GREYT RUBY (7) missed in a photo finish first-up at York before a 3.6L at Belmont last time out. This looks to suit her much better and a better draw this time around can see her back to her best. Form out of her last start has been good and she can make her presence felt. BUBBLES IN RIO (4) comes into this without a trial, but she ended last campaign in good order and can return in similar fashion. Should be prominent from the inside draw and will give them something to catch. INSOFARAS (12) won't be far away on debut. ACQUIRED TASTE (8) can make an impression on her return to racing. SUGGESTED PLAY: Badger Bob can make a winning start to his career. |

Solid pace with Sunlit Fresco finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. SNIPER'S SON (2) settled close last start and got the job done, winning by 1.3L over this trip at Belmont when on the quick turnaround. This looks to set up similarly and he only rises 1kg after the claim of Riordan. Can bring up back-to-back wins. SESH (5) couldn't make it a hat-trick at Belmont last start but he wasn't disgraced in defeat. He's trending the right way and he looks to get all the favours again here. Can get back to winning ways. ADMIRE THE GIRL (4) tackled a stronger race before the break in a race that turned out to be a strong form reference. Pike sticks from her latest trial and she profiles as a very progressive talent on the rise. Tongue tie and crossover go on now and she can return with a bang. SOMETHING ROYAL (8) is better than she showed last start and she can't be discounted. CAPITOLA (1) is ticking along nicely and can't be left out of calculations in this suitable event. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sniper's Son can get the job done. |

Genuine tempo with Spanish Armada leading the way. PEANUT BUTTER (1) finished off strongly from the back of the pack but found one better over 1100m at Bunbury. Today's set-up looks to suit him much better and he looks on the cusp of a maiden victory. Finds the right race today and can go one better. SPANISH ARMADA (5) ended last campaign in good order and looks ready to fire on resumption judging by his latest trial. May need some luck from the barrier, but is good enough to land the knockout blow if the breaks come. MIDNIGHT DEAL (10) jumped an equal favourite over 1300m on this course and CJP hops back on board for her return. She moved well in her latest trial and she looks set for a promising return. NEW DISCOVERY (12) was much sharper with the blinkers going on for his latest trial and they stay on for his debut today. Not to be discounted. FORGOTTEN SON (2) is next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Peanut Butter looks the one. |

A strong tempo is assured with Buckland and Jimmy Angel leading the charge. LADY MONEY TALK (6) went straight to the front last start and was far too good, winning by 1.4L in a dominant display. Can take up the running again third-up for Fiore and she looks a nice filly on the way up. Can bring up back-to-back wins. JIMMY ANGEL (1) missed in a photo finish tow back before dropping to 1200m last start and ending up 0.9L off the winner. Has the speed to roll across from the tricky barrier and he'll be tough to run down back out in distance. VANDOULA JET (2) steps up to 1400m for the first time today and it looks to suit on what she's done recently. Back in grade today is a bonus and all her gear comes off now. Wouldn't surprise to see her get back to winning ways. CLASSIC RULER (10) is third-up now and looks to be on the way up, finishing 0.5L off the winner last time out. Won't be far away. WHERE'S BRITTANY (9) can improve third-up into the campaign. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lady Money Talk can repeat the dose. |

XMAS IN JULY TICKETS THROUGH TRYBOOKING HANDICAP 1600m
Pace looks genuine from Dandy's Gem, Offenbach and Highly Spoken, closely attended by Wynn Las Vegas. WYNN LAS VEGAS (1) went through to the WA Derby two back before dropping right back to 1400m last start off a freshen. Now back out to a mile where he was a dominant winner at this track and trip before taking the Derby path. Looks ready to bounce back to his best form. AUTUMN GEM (9) returned with a good performance at Bunbury when she closed late to finish only 0.3L off the winner. Out to the mile now looks perfect and this race looks to set up nicely from the barrier. Can raise the bar again now and can get the job done. JAZZ ME BABY (12) was too good last start when out to 1700m and comes back a touch in distance today. She rates highly on her latest effort though and if she can run up to that level again, she'll be hard to hold out. SHIMONOSEKI (10) finished off strongly two back before jumping favourite last start in a tougher event. Can fire a shot coming back in grade. OLD MATE HENRY (2) can improve on the fresh run. SUGGESTED PLAY: Wynn Las Vegas can get the job done. |
