NUM TIME COMMENT
1 12:15 E SECURITY GROUP PLATE 1250m
Anticipating good pressure with many of these lining up for the first time. EXTREMELY CHIC (4) got well out of her ground on debut before she warmed up late with an encouraging third over 1100m at this track in the heavy conditions. Desperate for this trip and further now and will prove hard to hold out. MISS SCANDAL (6) was well fancied when returning for her second prep before fading in the straight to finish fifth over 1100m at this track. Drops in weight today and will be better placed over this trip. Respect. EXCELLUNA (3) has race fitness on her side and finally drawn a good barrier today. Sat on the speed from the outside gate with a gritty fifth over 1100m at Warwick Farm. No surprise to see her take this out. SATIN SERENADE (8) is a Frankel filly out of the good producing mare Satin Ribbons on debut for the Waller yard. Has shown ability in all her trials and not to be underestimated.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Extremely Chic can finish over the top of these.
2 12:50 DRINKWISE PLATE 1250m
Good speed anticipated with a large representation of first starters lining up. KLOCKE (6) Zoustar colt from the good producing mare Sense Of Hite on debut for the Waller yard. Impressed in all his trials and look for him savaging the line. Hard to hold out. DOMINATOR (2) returns from a let-up after proving no match for Bangkok Hottie on debut with a fading ninth over 1100m at Randwick on April 25. Blinkers go on and should find this more to his liking. THE MACHINE GUN (12) is a Stay Inside colt from the stakes-winning mare Don'ttelltheboss on debut for Peter Snowden. Won a recent Gosford trial and draws well. ZEITGEIST (14) is a colt by Wootton Bassett making his first appearance for the Chris Waller stable. Place in both trials. Keep safe.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Klocke can put these away on debut.
3 01:25 SCHWEPPES HANDICAP 1250m
Hot pace certain with Willingham, Roma Green and Airworthy keen to take up the running. WOOTTON WAY (8) fourth-up today and ready to win. Surged late from last on the turn with a game second over this track and trip on the heavy (8) track. Berry sticks from a better barrier and expected to go close. HELLO CAPTAIN (1) building a good winning CV after he resumed with a barnstorming victory over 1100m at Warwick Farm in the heavy conditions. Jumps 3kg in weight for this and can get the job done again from the low gate. AIRWORTHY (2) talented colt who kept finding first-up with a gritty third over 1250m at this track. Gets weight relief with Wadick's claim and can play a major role. EVENTS (9) tough Maiden winner two-back, then stuck on well when third to the promising I Am Carrot over 1300m at Randwick Kensington. Expected to take a hand in the finish. The chances don't end there.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Wootton Way each-way.
4 02:00 THE AGENCY REAL ESTATE HANDICAP 1550m
Solid pace with Helen's Way finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. RACH (4) relished the drop in weight and extra distance with a comfortable victory over 1400m at Newcastle in the soft (7) going. Comes to town now full of confidence and expected to go close. WOUNDER (9) fifth-up for this after mixing his distances of late. Gripped on late in the heavy going with a respectable fourth over 1900m at this track a week-and-a-half ago. Back in trip in what looks a weaker race and sure to be thereabouts. PAWA (5) took control early from the inside gate second-up when he led throughout to score a dominant win over 1600m at Hawkesbury in the heavy going. Similar setup for this and looks up to this grade. POLO (6) finally lived up to expectations out to the 1600m with a hard-fought neck win at Hawkesbury. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 4,9,5,6.
5 02:35 ALL TOO HARD @ VINERY STUD HANDICAP 1900m
Tricky, given the lack of early speed. ALLEGRO MISS (4) surged late from the good gate with an unlucky second over this track and trip fourth-up. Regular rider hops back aboard and goes close on the quick back-up. FORMAT (5) knocked up late on resumption with a plugging fifth over 1550m here. Comes to hand quickly and will prove hard to run down today out to his right trip. Top-three player. LOTS TO LOVE (8) working towards a win and shapes as a leading contender after shouldering the 59kg when a game second over 2150m at Gunnedah. Ticks plenty of boxes and shapes as a key runner. STING IN THE TAIL (3) had mixed fortunes in two runs back and looking for this trip and further now. Drifted back early and never looked comfortable on the heavy surface when seventh over 1600m at Warwick Farm. Can bounce back quickly over this trip.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Allegro Miss each-way.
6 03:10 TOYOTA FORKLIFTS HANDICAP 1550m
Expecting a strong tempo with Forbidden Riff, Audrey's Lane and Lennox going forward ahead of The Creator and Tenderize. AUDREY'S LANE (3) blinkers come off for this and gets the services of a 3kg apprentice today. Away only fairly and never got into the contest with a disappointing tenth over 1400m at Randwick in Midway class. Finds an easier contest and expected to race closer here. Each way. THE CREATOR (1) tough gelding who indicated a win was imminent with a game on-pace second over 1600m at Warwick Farm. Gets the benefit of Roper's claim again and can overcome the tricky draw. TENDERIZE (5) deep into the campaign and has good credentials over this course and distance. Can get cover from the sticky gate and stays in the mix. LENNOX (4) has trialled well ahead of the return so keep safe.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Audrey's Lane each way.
7 03:45 TAB HANDICAP 1100m
Strong tempo, primarily from Mogo Magic and Storm The Ramparts. DOLLAR MAGIC (9) tough mare who was far from disgraced first-up with a close-up tenth over 1100m at Scone in the Listed Ortensia Stakes. Has a solid second-up record and can return to winning form here. ISTOLEA MERC (12) classy sprinter resuming. Primed for this with the two good trials and can get the better of these from the right draw. WORLD ALLIANCE (5) slashing return from the long layoff with an unlucky third over 1000m at Gosford with the 59.5kg. Since fitted with a 1000m tick over trial at Hawkesbury. Will go back from the draw and be ridden for luck. CREPE MYRTLE (14) blinkers go on today and can overcome the sticky map. Jumped in trip when nailed late to finish fifth over 1200m at Rosehill nine days ago. Proven here and has genuine winning claims. The chances don't end there.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 9,12,5,14.
8 04:20 RANVET HANDICAP 1250m
Pace genuine with Mafia and Tuscany pressing hard closely followed by Alphard and Love Shuck. LOVE SHUCK (3) consistent gelding who nearly pinched the Wagga Town Plate three-back with a game second. Closed quickly with the 62.5kg when a gritty second over 1206m at Canberra Acton. Gets the right set-up for this and doesn't have to improve much to win this. TUSCANY (8) progressive gelding going quickly through the grades on the provincial circuit. Sat on the speed and showed plenty of heart to get the upper hand with the 60kg over 1200m at Kembla Grange. Has the early speed to hold a position and sure to be thereabouts. PERFECT PICTURE (10) was a month between runs when she went back from the wide gate with a battling eighth over 1300m at Warwick Farm. Kept ticking over since with a 1000m trial at Hawkesbury. Blinkers go on and can return to form quickly. ALPHARD (11) has returned in good order so must be respected.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Love Shuck in a tricky contest.
