Bellarata and Angel City will likely pair off in front. BELLARATA (4) was gunned down from the front last start over 1200m at Goulburn but she'll have a strong fitness base for this. Getting up to 1400m may allow her to dictate a little more from a good draw today and she'll be hard to run down from the front. MOUNTAIN QUEEN (7) has trialled well coming into this and holds obvious claims in the small field with the key jockey booking. ANGEL CITY (5) resumes and rounds out the trifecta. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing the leader Bellarata. |

SHIRE LAW COUNTRY BOOSTED CHAMPIONSHIP PREVIEW- CLASS 4 HANDICAP 1200m
Moderate tempo expected with Cando Attitude likely to find the front over You're On Mute and Magic Bertie. CANDO ATTITUDE (2) picked up from where she left off with a 1.2L victory in good fashion at Wagga 24 days ago. The rise in trip suits and she maps beautifully to be close to the speed. Can extend her winning run. ISCHYROS (1) settled in the second half of the field at Goulburn last time and closed strongly off a 39-day break. That effort stacks up in this field and he's not to be discounted with Boudvillain in the irons. THE MAIN EVENT (4) was outclassed first-up at Warwick Farm but will appreciate this easier race today. Expecting sharp improvement. VEREEVA (7) closed off nicely last start at Moruya and is worth including. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cando Attitude can remain unbeaten. |

STROUD HOMES COUNTRY BOOSTED MAIDEN PLATE 1100m
They should run this along with Millie's Memory and Airfield taking it up over Mogo Rock. MR BAZZA (2) has joined the Joseph & Jones stable since his last start back 27 days ago. The form out of his last start at Dubbo has stood up and coming back in trip looks a good move. Can sit handy and break his maiden. MILLIE'S MEMORY (7) was fancied on debut at Moruya but disappointed there and didn't pull up with an issue in the stewards report. Coming back to 1100m now should suit better and with a touch of luck from the draw, a much better run is expected. MOGO ROCK (8) hasn't been far away her past couple, finishing 1.8L off the winner at the Sapphire Coast last time out. Boudvillain rides now on the quick turnaround and she makes plenty of appeal. THE GLEN (5) creates some interest here on debut in a race that appears to lack depth. BRAVE XENA (9) is next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mr Bazza makes the most appeal. |

BELLA PIZZA CLASS 1 & MAIDEN PLATE 1600m
Sinister should spear straight to the front of the small field. SINISTER (6) led them up at Newcastle last start and was far too good, winning by 1L for an all the way win. The step up to the mile doesn't pose an issue and he can navigate the tricky draw once again. Ticks plenty of boxes and can bring up back-to-back wins. JAMARNI (1) has been close his past couple, finishing 1.5L off the winner most recently at Moruya. This looks to et up nicely for him once again as he stays at a mile. Can continue his good run of form. TRIANON (4) has been around the mark in recent runs and is worth thought out to the mile now. FAIRHEAD (8) got back and was never in the race first up, but is expected to show good improvement back in grade. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sinister can repeat the dose. |

KEL CAMPBELL FUEL HAULAGE BENCHMARK 58 HANDICAP 1100m
Despite the small field Kool Kade, Whiskey George and Platinum Gift will set a genuine tempo. BATTLE WARRIOR (5) was too good here two back before missing by 1.5L back to 1000m at this track last time out. Back out to 1100m now is a big tick and he maps beautifully for Bourke. Rates highly off his win here two back and he can go one better here. PLATINUM GIFT (3) resumed with a strong win over the 1000m here 39 days ago and has been back to the trials since where he moved well. Beuzelin sticks with the gelding here and he if he can build on the first-up effort, he'll be hard to hold out. ABSTRUSE (2) got the job done last week at the Sapphire Coast, getting there in the nick of time to score in a photo finish. Collett rides now and this shapes as a similar event here. Can be in the finish once more. SUGGESTED PLAY: Battle Warrior can get back to winning ways. |

Pearler should have enough pace to lead a low-pressure contest. CORDINA (2) has been racing in stronger company than this, finishing 2.3L off the winner last start at Gosford most recently. Drops to country level now and the inside draw should see her get every chance in the run. Cole's claim comes in handy and she can get back to winning ways. FLYING CHEVROLET (10) won impressively first-up and showed it was no fluke last time out when beaten 0.2L out to 1425m at Moruya last time out. Third-up here, he gets Boudvillain in the saddle and with further improvement expected, he'll take beating. PEARLER (11) is racing well this time in work and can continue her good run of form. SPANISH NIGHT (5) has drawn soft and can improve fourth up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cordina gets the nod. |

Genuine tempo from No Verdict leading Lindos. NO NO YES (3) resumes today and has been switched to the Sydney stable of the prominent Price & Kent Jnr. barn. His two trials in readiness have been very good and his SP on debut stands out. Can resume on a winning note as he looks above average. HEY JUDE (5) can make an impression first-up with two trials under her belt. Drawn well and shapes as the main danger. NO VERDICT (1) failed to fire on debut but is clearly better than that and remains under strong notice in his return. DELUCE (4) falls into a similar boat and appears the next in line. SUGGESTED PLAY: No No Yes can return a winner. |
