CALL OF THE KAROO (1) looks hard to beat. Has been runner-up both starts this campaign, the latest this course and distance but found one better. Has the inside and expected to go close. RUBY REX (3) resumes from a good break. Showed ability in first campaign placing two of four runs. Was showing good speed last couple and off the low draw should give a big sight fresh. STARTING POINT (6) is a three-year-old filly facing the starter for the first time. From a very strong family, being by Gimmethegreenlight from the former top race mare All Is Secret. Promising type with leading rider aboard and should run boldly. Stablemate TAKE THAT (2) is also on debut. By Gimmethegreenlight out of Grade 3 winner Shamrock Wind. Top-three chance. |

CARIBBEAN GOLD (10) is worth following up. Made a nice debut here at the distance when on speed and placed, beaten a couple of lengths. Can only be improved and expected to go close despite the tricky draw. SIMBINE (1) resumes from a short break. Placed 3/6 career starts - all three at this trip. Has speed and off the inside should go close fresh. RED WAVE (4) was tested over further this campaign, placing fresh over 1500m before being safely held at the mile. Freshened and back sharply in trip for this is likely to be beaten for speed but get home hard late. SLASH 'N BURN (11) is appearing for the first time. By Mehmas and comes from the James Crawford stable. Profiles well and leading rider engaged so watch closely for a betting push. |

Even race but hard not to like GREEN GATEWAY (6) who was put away after an impressive win on debut. Given time and sure to have come on. Nice weight and expected to go close again. SCOTTISH KISS (7) has the fitness edge and is in great form, winning last two runs. Course and distance winner last time and likely to sit off and wind up strongly. GIMMELIGHTNING (4) has three placings from six runs this prep and last start finished half a length from the winner in third over 1400m here. Overdue for a win and will be winding up strongly. MASTEROFTHEDESERT (1) finished off last campaign with an empathic win. Has the inside and can run a bold race fresh. |

AMAYAH (8) was unplaced on debut but improved at each of two runs since, the latest beaten a lip here over the same distance. Ready to win and expected to go close despite the tricky gate. ROSE WOOTT (12) is a filly by Wootton Bassett from the stakes-winner Bring Me Roses on debut. Tricky gate but profiles strongly and pay to keep a close eye on a betting move. Expected to have ability. LADY VERITAS (1) was narrowly beaten over 1500m before a break. Showed enough ability in first campaign and sure to have improve. Has the claim and inside and should run well. CHAMPAGNE BLAZE (5) was placed fresh then sent out favourite latest and ran below best. Leading rider goes on and has a low draw. May well be worth another chance. |

RARE EARTH (2) has been runner-up last two runs and unlike most of her rivals has run well at the trip. Overdue for a win and gets chance here. HEAVENLY MAFIA (6) hasn't been far away recently and may well be looking for the extra trip now. Has upside and should feature in the finish. AMERICAN BEAUTY (8) ran a much improved race at second outing when stretching out to 1500m and looks ideally placed over the longer trip. Leading rider goes aboard and expected to continue to improve. HOMING PIGEON (7) finished 4 lengths from the winner over 1600m at this track after she gave away a big start. Has been drifting well back and winding up late and likely to do the same here. |

Great race which hinges around the form of HEAL AND SOUL (3), who was a long neck winner here last time defeating many of these. Carries same weight and drawn well. Promising type who was stepping quickly to 2000m last time for the first time and will be improved by the run. Happy to stick with him. MASTER OF PARIS (4) was the horse narrowly beaten behind him last time and meets him half a kilo better. Logical danger again now fitter for two runs back. BATON ROUGE (1) ran fourth in that same race and has a huge swing in the weights this time after the claim. Has since carried a big weight into second here over 1800m. Fit and in great form. KWITE A KING (2) was safely held behind Heal And Soul but will strip much fitter after the one run in. |

PLEASE BE TRUE (4) was a winner three back and solid in two runs since. Freshened sine finishing fourth this course and distance latest. That was first attempt at 1500m and should be better for it. Will stalk the speed and should be tough to stop. UMFULA (7) was in top form before a spell and returns here off a long break. Best form is over further but this suits fresh and can run a bold race. CHASINGTHERAINBOW (9) won three on end before a break then turned in solid run when fourth fresh here over a mile. Hit the line hard to finish less than two lengths from the winner. Fitter again and looks a big threat. AVERSATOR (1) is a promising colt who placed over 1400m at Greyville last run before a spell. Has won fresh and should be up to this. |

RATTLESNAKE (9) is in great form this campaign, winning this trip fresh before running on hard over six furlongs last time. Tricky gate but fit and in form and expected to go close. DEMANDING DAVE (8) dropped back to this trip here last time and led throughout to win with ease, claiming maiden success. Freshened and now off the mark will take catching again. WORLDLY (1) is another who scored an overdue win last time. Well weighted here with the claim and can measure up again. AMEN CORNER (7) ran below expectations fresh here over 1000m. Much better than that. Fitter and has placed only try second-up so gets chance to atone. |

SARDINIA BAY (8) is a progressive type who has won his last two. Last run was favourite this course and distance and won with authority. Up in weight but still improving and expected to go close again. ALL ABOUT AL (3) was third behind Sardinia Bay last time and meets the winner 4kg better now. Fitter and has a strong record here at the trip. Definite danger again. IRELAND FOREVER (10) is fitter for two runs back and looks ready to win after placing last time here when beaten just a neck. Leading rider going on is a positive sign. LOVE SHACK (4) gave a sight last time but found one better when runner-up here at the same trip. Drawn to be prominent again. |
