NUM TIME COMMENT
1 01:12 GORDONS PINK GIN HANDICAP 1100m
Plenty of pace from Treasured Queen, Pearly Nuggett and Twist Of Gold matching motors ahead of Oscar Charlie. Competitive witht the Peter Fernie yard holding the key. TWIST OF GOLD (5) built on a nice second two starts back with a win over 1200m. Stepping up a level this time, but gets the jockey switch to Fioro and she rates to go right on with the job. TREASURED QUEEN (3) is a leader who folded up last time in stronger. Won and just missed the two prior and the 3kg claim brings her right into it. Can get back on track, PEARLY NUGGETT (1) runs along and seeks the hat-trick. Keeps the 1.5kg claim, and she also deserves plenty of consideration. OSCAR CHARLIE (2) is racing well and also has claims in a good contest.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Sticking with Twist Of Gold.
2 01:47 TABTOUCH - HAVE YOU GOT THE TOUCH MAIDEN 1100m
Expecting Beyond The Wall to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. BEYOND THE WALL (1) pushed forward last time beaten 1L at Northam, spiking his figures. He will use the inside gate and just has to hold that form to take beating. SOLAR CREST (8) has the Bar Plates (Front) on for the first time, but she's a promising filly who wasn't disgraced at Ascot in a Group 3 when last seen. She placed at Ascot in an Open 2 at her only fresh outing, and if she's tuned up, she will be tough to beat. TIGER TANK (7) debuts and is metro-trained. Has the rail and has trialled well at Lark Hill. The blinkers are on and the betting will be key. GREY REVOLUTION (3) went forward at Bunbury and looked a chance on the corner. Will be better for that and has some gear switches. In the mix at best.  SUGGESTED PLAY: With Beyond The Wall.
3 02:27 BUILT BY GEOFF MAIDEN 1300m
Solid tempo with Stairway possessing enough dash to find the front. WITHOUT REMORSE (8) has had two race starts both in stronger company and has trialled well at Belmont for his return. Chris Parnham rides, and that's a decent push for his chances. Will be naturally improved and has the inside gate. STAIRWAY (1) switched from a NSW barn and missed a nose first up. He led the one following and folded up badly as a $2.9F. Presents fitter and may be ridden more quietly today. Worth another chance. ORDASHUS (3) was on speed narrowly beaten at Northam and then commenced awkwardly at Bunbury and faded late. This suits better and he has the blinkers on again. A chance as well. GEORGE ON SKATES (4) has been around the mark his last two and won't be far away again.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Without Remorse.
4 03:04 TABTOUCH BETTER YOUR BET HANDICAP 1760m
King Of France is the probable leader in the small field. I NEVER DREAMED (3) was back to her best when narrowly beaten here and then settled further back over a mile and failed to threaten. Hard to catch but is suited in this line-up. She just missed the last time she tackled this trip. ARGYLE STAR (5) picked up impressively winning over a middle distance at Northam. Has to come back in trip, but expect her to be good enough to manage. Three back she was only beaten 1.3L at Belmont over a mile. Winning rider Chris Parnham is reunited and that's a decent push for her chances. SABINO (9) has to step up from a sprint but he runs along and does have a placing over this distance. The well-bred galloper may be hard to peg back. KING OF FRANCE (2) steps up in trip off a nice win over 1400m. Looks back on track and can't be ruled out.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with I Never Dreamed.
5 03:40 7 WEST MEDIA HANDICAP 1200m
Expecting Science Degree to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. Competitive. SCIENCE DEGREE (5) showed good early speed last start before fading to finish fourth over this trip. He will use an inside barrier and the 3kg claim brings him right into it again. PENNED (8) defied a lack of market support last start scoring by a nose over 1300m at this track. Hard to fault winning form. COLOSSAL (1) peaks and just missed at Belmont before a plain effort there following. Benefits back in grade with the 3kg claim and has been freshened. Has to be considered. SUNSHINE TAFE (6) is in the leading yard and is better than the form line reads. Fourth-up and can show more.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Science Degree.
6 04:15 ARGONAUT HANDICAP 1400m
Pace looks genuine from Great Edition, Chipilly and Cocoon Bay, closely attended by Jayashree. JUST FAMOUS (2) was prominent throughout last time when second over 1300m at this track. He impressed here and at Northam the two before, and with the in-form Fiore reunited, he is well placed to return to the winners' list. GREAT EDITION (1) deserves plenty of respect presenting off a near miss at Belmont. He keeps improving and is a threat on the 8-day return. JAYASHREE (6) switched from a Sydney stable and needed the first-up outing. She will be better over further but has the ability and has to be kept onside. COCOON BAY (4) is a leader who was nudged out here two back. She jumped slowly the latest and raced wide throughout. She will give a sight if she jumps with them.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Just Famous.
7 04:50 TABTOUCH HANNANS HANDICAP 1400m
Strong tempo with Cool Memory and Multinational leading the way over Secret Attraction. The feature has attracted a strong competitive field. SECRET ATTRACTION (11) wound up strongly last time out to finish a nose adrift at this track coming back from a spell. Posted a big relative number and has a terrific record here. Maps for the run of the race and tumbles 7kg in this grade. That brings her right into it, and the in-form Fiore stays aboard. The next three all come out of the Listed Farnley Stakes, run on a heavy track. RUSSIAN TO THE BAR (9) needed the run first-up in that contest, but is a second-up winner with plenty up his sleeve. He needs a good ride, but 5x winning rider Chris Parnham is reunited and on a dry track expect sharp improvement. ROKANORI (4) wasn't beaten far in the same race and then went close in an Open 3 also at Belmont. He also deserves plenty of consideration. COOL MEMORY (3) made it two wins on the bounce when scoring by 3 lengths in the Farnley. Has been enjoying the wet tracks, but in his current form he can't be ruled out.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Secret Attraction.
8 05:25 SPUDSHED KALGOORLIE HANDICAP 1200m
Bundaberg and Cheryl's Shout can be prominent. BUNDABERG (5) led and was quickly back on track beaten less than 2L at Belmont. He raced forward again at Bunbury following when narrowly missing as favourite. That's good form and Brad Parnham sticks and will give him every chance. SNIPER'S SON (2) has been knocking on the door and will find this more suitable than Belmont at Northam. Chris Parnham takes over from Brad, and he should be right in it. LAVISH CHARM (3) led here first-up and belted the Maidens by 4.5L. He was heavily bet again and Fiore takes over from Pike. Tougher, but he has more upside and has to be considered. JUST SUBLIME (8) resumes and raced well in his initial preparation. Has the rail and is a betting watch.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Bundaberg.
