Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. SENACHANNO YUME (5) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten a neck, over 1200m at Funabashi. Masashige Honda has registered two minor placings when on board. Sure to play a big role. MIND THE HELM (6) travelled in a rearwards position then made some inroads and finished 5.5 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1200m at Funabashi three weeks ago. Steps up in journey today. Backmarker who gets home hard. Will prove tough to stop. VINA SAIGON (8) was in the firing line on the bend and finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 1400m at this track, beaten 10 lengths. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders.

GOLD OR HEARTS (3) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 13 lengths away in ninth over 900m at Kawasaki. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. AGU RICHEBOURG (6) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing sixth at Funabashi over 1200m after he got a long way back in the run. Likely improver who should be thereabouts.

Expected to go close. TRINITARIANISM (2) has switched yards since finishing 12th three weeks ago over 1500m at Funabashi. Comes here with definite top-three claims. BERYLUNE (4) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing seventh at Kawasaki over 1400m. Placed to advantage so expect a bold run.

APPRAISER (2) crossed from an outside draw last time to stalk the lead before drawing clear to win by 5 lengths over 1500m at this track. Looks the testing material again. LANI'S GRACE (4) pushed forward from a wide draw last start and found a position close to the lead before sticking on well to finish second over 1500m at this track. Placed to advantage so expect a forward showing. SMILE POPPY (3) finished out of the money two starts back then she settled well back and was beaten 4.5 lengths when fourth over 1500m at Funabashi three weeks ago. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ADVENT EVE (5) was beaten 9 lengths into fifth in a 1600m contest at Kawasaki eight days ago. Better than recent efforts suggest.

Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.

Going up a level this time but she can win again. IDEA NO KISEKI (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Kawasaki. Not as effective last time out when seventh over 1400m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. RYOTA SPECIAL (9) improved sharply last time out to score by 4 lengths over 1600m at Funabashi two-and-a-half weeks ago. Strong chance again.

SUN DUBUQUE (1) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a spell then again missed the frame last start over 900m at Kawasaki, beaten 9 lengths into ninth. No surprise to see him in the frame.
