Keen battle for the lead between Charm In Race, Hatsune Halo and Vermogen in advance of Bullbear Mile and Trois Filles. HATSUNE HALO (9) reunites with Taito Mori after scoring with ease over 1400m at this track last time. Should be poised just off the lead. Leading contender. CHARM IN RACE (5) finished fourth last start over 2000m at this track, an improvement on her fifth at Kawasaki the run before. Tackling a more suitable race this time so she is one of the main contenders. GRAND HAVANE BLEU (8) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished 12th when fresh from a spell two starts back at Funabashi then improved and scored over 1500m at Funabashi three weeks ago, getting home by 2 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. SPELL GASSAN (2) finished third last time over 1500m at Funabashi. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp.
