Happy Harry, Any Given Time and Too Clever will be prominent early. A couple of classy hoops can fight this out. HAPPY HARRY has won his last two from the speed as favourite and keeps improving. Get the rail and Pike and may just have an edge. TOO CLEVER led and missed a lip behind the above in that race. Was a little green but Rawiller goes on and that’s a plus.
Any Given Time and Too Clever are the ones to fight out the early lead here ahead of Aluminize. HAPPY HARRY made it two on end last start when he travelled on the pace and proved a shade too strong over today's distance. Can still improve further at just his fourth run back from a spell, and W Pike gives him the dream run from the inside marble. TOO CLEVER tried gamely to hold out Happy Harry last start but failed narrowly. Gets a small weight turnaround today and was a bit green last time so can turn the tables if he is a bit more tractable today. The consistent INVINCIBLE MODE ran on from the back of the field to finish 4th over 1300m last start. Will give away a big start but the hot tempo will see him charging home. ANY GIVEN TIME was enormous first up behind a leading chance in today's feature so he demands respect. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sticking with Pike and Happy Harry.
