GOING: G(4)

Iga Liquor At Port Fairy-Bm70 1121m

Track: GOOD 4   Rain Thunder   Rail: Out 5m Entire Circuit. (Pent: 5.18).

Money Chaser can lead Danuki and Boogie Woogie Man should hold his ground. DANUKI found winning form two back and went right on with it last time. Form around him has been working out well and it all points to him being very hard to beat again in this. Placed to advantage. Money Chaser and Danuki have drawn the two inside gates and both go like the wind; the pace should be a cracker. I'M WESLEY looks like getting a lovely trail in behind the leading pair and is well placed to return to form here. Went to Ballarat last start over 1100m on the back of some excellent form in Tasmania. Didn't get the breaks on that occasion and his poor finish can be forgiven. Distance specialist who can bounce back without surprising. DANUKI is in a rich vein of form at present with back-to-back wins in similar races to this under his belt. Scored two starts back at Bendigo then led all the way and gave nothing else a chance in a BM70 over 1100m at Ballarat last time out. Comes in with 0.5kgs less after the claim and as long as he and Money Chaser don't cut at each other he looks a winning chance again. MODESTY showed the benefits of a five week let up last start when beaten a whisker over 1100m at Ararat. Fitter today and sure to give a great sight. BOOGIE WOOGIE MAN and MONEY CHASER are the other hopes. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Danuki. Small save Modesty.
