Strong early tempo with Desert Rose, Heartsease and Raising Quinn leading the way. NYALI BEACH (8) showed very good improvement last start when resuming from a spell over 1000m on the turf. The manner in which she finished off her race that day was encouraging. She would have come on from the run and should like the rise to 1600m. She jumps from a handy draw of four and has each-way claims. GOLD FOR AFRICA (7) stayed on well when finishing fourth of 12 in her last start over this course and distance. She is back against her own sex and with luck in the running, she should be finishing in the money. FOR ALL WE KNOW (6) has consistent form lines to her credit. Richard Fourie steps back into the saddle and the combination merit healthy respect. RAISING QUINN (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth. Well placed in this line-up and can figure in the finish this time.
