Reasonable tempo with Arabian Riches probably leading but a few others should keep him honest.
HAMMARMILL (7) had a run that suited him and finally broke through for his first win on this track last time out 10 days ago. He is up in class but drops 6 kilos in weight and is capable of having the last say again. GALAXY AFFAIR (2) made steady ground at Albany fresh up before finding the company a bit rich at Ascot a fortnight ago. He is perfectly placed third up in this and he has won his only start on the track. Hard to beat. ARABIAN RICHES (3) is an honest local veteran who has been thereabouts in all of his runs here this year. He steps up to 1400 metres and is expected to be right in the finish again. PATCHWORK (4) is racing her way into full fitness and she is normally very competitive on his home track. A wide gate was against her last time out and with a big swing in the draws this time, she can bounce back into the money. Can win. SUGGESTED PLAY: Patchwork each way.
