Our Royal Egyptian leads. Power Command might be the one to take up the running here while fresh. KENNEDY has failed in two far stronger races in Melbourne since resuming from a four-month spell. Trialled well at Rosehill recently and back in this company can return to his best form. TARABAI looks a major player first up since failing in the Darby Munro in March. Won 2/3 prior to that and a recent trial win indicates she is ready to hit the ground running this prep. STAR CROSSED didn't have the best of luck when unplaced over this course and distance second up recently. Ready to peak now so worth following. BELLA VELLA and STEPHAN are both racing well and either could win without surprising. SUGGESTED PLAY: Can't ignore the form around Tarabai. Back accordingly.
