Speed anticipated from both No Escape and Sensacova. No Escape and Sensacova have enough proven go forward history to be the lamplighters in this maiden event. MANHATTAN DRIVE has been freshened for this and comes back in trip off a couple of solid top four runs in similar grade. Placed in four of six outings at this track and drawn to get the right run on a twisting track. Can breakthrough. NO ESCAPE has put in two very respectable runs since resuming and should have finished closer in latest run at this track. Proven at this distance range and third up gets plenty of ticks in a moderate field. SENSACOVA has been placed in two of five starts to date. She resumed in good order over a shorter trip at Newcastle then just battled when up in trip last start. Drawn awkwardly but on best form could add value to the result. Aanvoerder made a strong provincial debut in the winter but went plain first up as favourite. Don't write off just yet. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Manhattan Drive with the blinkers back on.
