Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. ALBA PATERA (2) turned in a modest performance when sixth last start over 1700m at this track, beaten 10 lengths after being in contention on the bend. That followed a good first-up win at this track. Has the ability to take this out. BIO MAX (6) was well in commission last start over 1400m at this track when eighth, beaten 9 lengths. Can bounce back. BELLEFONT (7) was beaten 2.5 lengths into fifth over 1500m at this track two weeks ago. No surprise to see her in the mix.
