REVIVE MAILLARD (2) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten 0.8 lengths, over 1600m at this track. Drawn to enjoy a nice trail just off the pace. Best form puts him right in this. KAZUNO MARIA (9) last appeared six weeks ago over 1500m at Kanazawa when she finished fifth. This is her first run for the Naya Kazuhisa stable. Has found the right race and is worth including. HEDENBERGITE (1) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at this track, beaten 7 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
