TOPAZ (4) brought some very good form to the table before the latest appearance when she finished 9 metres away in third over 1950m at Rangiora. This should be an easier assignment so she is sure to prove tough to beat again. BUCKSKIN (10) drew a wide gate last start and was easily accounted for, beaten 14 metres into ninth at Addington over 2600m. Gets a soft run on the inside of the second line but may need luck at some point. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. DESTINY'S DREAM (7) is in the mix following a sixth at her most recent appearance over 2000m at Oamaru. FAREWELL SPIT (5) is worth another chance after a last-start eighth over 1950m at Rangiora four days ago. Can bounce back.
