PACEWAY DINING OPEN RACE NIGHTS PACE 1800m

Track: GOOD

COCO MIA (4) put together some minor placings then raised her game last start to score by a head over 1609m at Port Pirie on May 20. Finds a tougher race but another win is not out of the question. DON ARTHUR (5) led last time out and was successful in a nice return to form at this track over 2230m, getting home by 12 metres. Recent effort is good enough to take out a race like this. JUST CHAI (6) is the next best after finishing third over 2230m at this track last time out. SKY FAWKES (2) is heading the right way, improving last time out to finish second at this track over 1800m.

Didn't do much last time out, was driven from back in the field when 9th (Fr2) over 1800m after showing early speed at this track well beaten by Don Arthur (2:13.00) in NR 58 to 69 on April 26 at $7.50. Before that was driven from back in the field when 7th (Fr5) over 1800m after being wide early at this track, beaten 16 m by Beach Hopper (2:11.60) in 5yo+ NR 63 to 74 GROUP on April 19 at $7.50. This looks a far sterner test.
