WINMAR (8) broke his Maiden last start over 1200m at Wodonga and can go on with it now for a top metro stable. He just missed in Stakes grade early doors over 1000m, and that sort of form would see him winning this race easily. MISS SWIFT (2) ran a strong relative number beaten 2.2L at The Heath first-up in tougher. Was expected to need the outing and is proven second-up. Has plenty in the tank and can feature with average luck. DIRTY DIANA (12) had been well prepared and won her Maiden at Traralgon on debut on a heavy surface. She will be better for the outing and has a future. Each-way claims. RUBY AVENUE (6) is heading in the right direction and will likely push forward. In the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Winmar.
