FUKU MOANA (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.5 lengths from the winner in third over 920m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. PURE VALKYRIE (7) is a four-start maiden who missed the placings first up but has since consolidated with two straight placings, the latest over 1500m at this track. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Best figures should see her run well. HIGAWARI TEISHOKU (8) defied his big price last time when beaten just half a length into second over 920m at this track. Definite danger again. HOREKITA YAREKITA (10) drifted back when resuming last start over 1500m at this track and failed to threaten. Drawn out but does go back and work into his races. Will be doing his best work late.
