An absence of early speed provides West Cliff with the opportunity to lead. SHE'S IMPECCABLE (6) is going better than her form suggest. Warmed nicely to her task late last time at Cranbourne despite not threatening. Peak fitness now and gets in well with the claim. Bold showing anticipated. SHE'S A CON (5) was ridden quietly then made a good ground to finish midfield when resuming at Warrnambool. Steps up in journey and should find this a bit easier. Big threat. EMERALD REWARD (2) turned in a strong performance first-up when in the money at this track but disappointed last time in town. Willing to give another chance third-up. WEST CLIFF (4) is yet to strike through this campaign but did produce a strong effort three back at Naracoorte when beaten less than a length. Not as effective in his last two but gets in light weight with the claim and is right up to this if he brings his best. Don't dismiss. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with She's Impeccable.
