ILLAWONG DANNY (7) stretched his winning streak to four with a brave victory over this distance at Menangle last week, coming from this barrier and racing three wide without cover before getting home by 2.2m. Up in grade but has only once been beaten in five attempts here. JALANEEL (9) looks close to a win after placing in two of his last three starts at Menangle, last time coming from a wide barrier to be beaten 5.4 metres into second. Has a win and a placing in two attempts at this circuit and distance so could break through. BUSHY BEACH (2) continues to race well with a string of wins and placings to his name and draws to be in the finish again. METALLICA MAN (10) could be close to a win after two successive seconds, the latest from this barrier at Tamworth.
