BEACH DANCER (8) started a hot favourite on debut and proved too good, racing parked before scoring by 3 metres at Bendigo. Drawn to enjoy an economical run and the sprint lane is in play. Hails from a leading yard and is open to natural improvement so is hard to go past. MAXBECA (10) was outclassed in the Breeders Crown 3CG Final last week but did have a tough draw. Starts on the back row again but this is much easier and his lone career win came the only time he attempted this circuit and distance. ORSINO BELLE (1) won her maiden at Echuca three back and had had tougher draws when placed in both outings since. Could be competitive from the ace draw. EMMA ROX (3) has exotic claims after an easy win from a similar barrier two back.
