Not much gate speed on show enabling G T Bonheur to roll to the front. BLACK BEAT (9) was prominent from the outset and fought on for third last start over 1300m at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Awkwardly drawn and might need a little luck early. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. G T BEAT (6) turned in a strong run over this course and distance last time, settling well back then unleashing in the straight to get up for third. Strong effort last time and is worth following up. ON THE BASARA (8) is a 13-start maiden who is well and truly overdue, finishing third at this track over 1300m last time out after he came from well back on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. ANTENITRUS (4) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a spell on September 7at Morioka Dirt. Better placed this time and is worth another chance.
