HOPPY (7) kicked off his campaign with back-to-back placings here before a well-deserved win at Bendigo last week, coming from a 10m handicap to score. Race fit and goes very well at this distance with two wins and a placing from three attempts. Can go on with it. MEGA SPUR (9) will find this easier than the last attempt when she worked to the front and stuck on okay to finish midfield. Had recorded a string of wins and placings prior. Major player. THUNDA STRUCK (6) showed improvement for a 5m fourth here last time. Goes well at this longer distance and could peak third up. DOSSIER (4) is going well having placed in both starts since a win at Kilmore. Respect. ALDEBARAN BROOKE (10) can do better stepping up to a distance where her record is sound.
