ZEALOUS SPUR (8) had little luck with back row draws in his three Inter Dominion appearances and again came from there when runner-up to the smart Gus last week. Gives away 30m at the handicap but this is easier and he is proven at the standing start so has strong claims. LOVE GUN (9) also starts from the 30m mark and wasn't far behind Zealous Spur after racing parked last week. Managed a placing in an Inter Dominion heat so a repeat of that performance would stack up strongly here. VAN SANK (5) is working his way back into form and could be close to a win after placing from this mark in his last two outings. BERRIESANDCHERRIES (6) was far from disgraced through the Inter Dominion and was a solid fourth last start. She is a multiple winner at standing starts. Go well. HIDE AND SEEK (7) went into the Inter Dominion series off a placing to Gus. Can measure up off that effort.
