Holder piloting from an inside pillar reads favourably. Leading player. LORD VALEN (3) warmed to his task nicely when resuming at Murray Bridge, getting going late to nab a minor cheque. Improvement to come and will be taking the strongest strides late again from the wide alley. TRELAZE (5) has been thereabouts in his first two starts. Drawn sticky but is among the chances.
