IRISH BUTTERFLY (5) made his jumps debut at this track and distance, met with heavy support to start $1.40 but just found one better. Much better for that experience and the winner there looks smart. He's had another trial in the interim and should be awfully hard to beat now. FREDDY THE EAGLE (3) is coming off a dominant flat win at Ballarat. Makes his jumps debut here with a solid trial under the belt and must be respected for the Wilde yard. VADARCHIE (10) was solid in a recent trial here and did win his Yarra Valley trial prior. In the mix. THREE OVER TWO (9) must be a chance back to the jumps. SUGGESTED PLAY: Irish Butterfly to win.
