Expecting a bright start to the campaign. MINK (7) broke after being checked and finished fourth, beaten 15 metres, on debut last time out over 1684m at this track. Has to contend with another very wide draw. Won't find this any harder, and he can bounce back. CROWN GENERAL (8) cops a cosy gate and must be considered after he finished third over 1684m at this track a week ago.
