Genuine tempo from Jazz Pianist leading Appraiser. JAZZ PIANIST (4) has progressed nicely in her last couple of runs. Finished third at this track two starts back then got the job done by 0.8 lengths last time out over 1500m at this track. Meets a stronger field but she is up to the task. APPRAISER (1) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but disappointed last time when out of the placings at this track over 1500m after he was in contention on the bend. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. RICKEY MACCHIATO (3) ran well below her best last time over 1400m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths into seventh at $4.30. Forgive the last run. In the mix. F T GALE (11) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when seventh over 1500m at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
